This privacy and personal data processing policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) is intended to help you understand what privacy practices we use, including what data we collect, why and what we do with it.
1. THE DEFINITIONS
1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. «Application», «Supermoms Club» - a set of services and a license provided to the User.
1.1.2. «Personal data» - any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable natural person (personal data subject).
1.1.3. «Personal data processing» - any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without automation tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
1.1.4. «Confidentiality of personal data» - a requirement that the Application or other person who has access to personal data must comply with in order to prevent their dissemination without the consent of personal data subject or other legal grounds.
1.1.5. «Administration» – employees authorized to manage the Application, acting on behalf of Nobel Engineering Company LLP, who organize and (or) process personal data, and also determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) committed with personal data.
1.1.6. «User» – a person who has access to the Application via the Internet and uses the information, materials and products of the Application.
1.1.7. «Cookies» — a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server each time in an HTTP request when trying to open the page of the corresponding website.
1.1.8. «IP-address» — unique web node address in computer network used by User to gain access to the Application.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The User's use of the Supermoms Club Application means acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User's personal data.
2.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the Application.
2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Application. Supermoms Club does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites that User can click on by following the links available in the Application.
2.4. The Supermoms Club administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User.
3. DATA THAT MAY BE COLLECTED FROM YOUR MOBILE DEVICE
3.1. Personal information — information that, by itself or in combination with other information, allows you to identify the user, contact the user, or determine his location. For example, name, surname, e-mail address, pregnancy period, information about the User's children or phone number.
3.2. Other information — information that does not reveal the identity of the user, either by itself or in combination with other information that we received. For example, information about a user's device, application usage data, or geolocation.
3.3. Additional surveys may also be conducted in our applications, during which you will be asked to express your opinion about various products and services. If you use the tools of the application, we will be able to save the materials and messages you receive and send. Moreover, we reserve the right to monitor your communications.
3.4. Supermoms Club protects Data that is automatically transmitted when viewing ad units and when visiting pages with installed statistical system script ("pixel"):
- IP-address.
- Information based on cookies;
- Browser information (or other program that provides access to the display of advertising);
- Access time;
- Page address where the ad unit is located;
- Referrer (previous page address).
4. USE OF OBTAINED DATA
4.1. Personal information obtained as electronic registration forms is used:
4.1.1. To register Users;
4.1.2. For operation maintenance and improvement of our application;
4.1.3. To track policies and statistics of the application use;
4.1.4. For the purposes permitted by the User as well;
4.1.5. Moreover, we use personal information to keep in touch with the User. For example, if you send us a message through the app support team, we may use your personal information to respond;
4.1.6. We also use personal information to inform you about substantive changes to this Privacy Policy;
4.1.7. From time to time, we may invite users to provide information via surveys or questionnaires. Participation in such surveys or subscription lists is completely voluntary, therefore, the User can decide whether to disclose the requested information or not. In addition to the other purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, contact information obtained concerning surveys or questionnaires is used to report the results of the surveys or questionnaires to you.
5. TERMS AND METHODS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
5.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without any time limit, in any legal way, including any personal data information systems with or without automation tools;
5.2. We process your personal data with or without automation tools, including information and telecommunication networks;
5.3. We process your data by collecting, recording, systematizing, accumulating, storing, clarifying (updating, changing), extracting, using, providing (transferring, distributing, accessing), combining, restricting, depersonalizing, blocking, deleting, destroying. We may also process them in other ways that are permitted under the law applicable in your country.
6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The user is obliged to:
6.1.1. Provide information about personal data required for Service using.
6.1.2. Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in it.
6.2. The website administration is obliged to:
6.2.1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. Ensure the storage of confidential information in secret; have a duty not to disclose without the prior written permission of the User, and also not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in other possible ways the transferred personal data of the User, with the exception of cl. 7.1. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect this kind of information in existing business intercourse.
6.2.4. Block personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of applying or requesting by the User or his/her legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the verification period, in case of inaccurate personal data or illegal actions identified.
7. DISCLOSURE OF PRIVATE INFORMATION
7.1. Under Your consent, we may use or disclose your data if we believe it is necessary to comply with the requirements of the law or court decisions, protect our rights or property, protect the user personal safety of our applications or general public members, investigate or take action against illegal or suspected illegal activity in connection with corporate transactions (such as a divestiture, merger, consolidation, sale of assets, in the unlikely event of bankruptcy) or for other purposes. The company's service reserves the right to provide personal data of users at the legitimate requests of authorities or in case of violation of the User Agreement.
7.2. We may disclose the content of messages or communications, but we will not post or publish personally identifiable information. We will not sell, rent, or lease our user lists with email addresses to third parties.
8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT

We urge you to follow all changes to our Privacy Policy in order to be informed about how we use and protect your personal information. The rules below apply to all current and future users of the mobile application. By using mobile applications, the user (ultimate client) expresses his or her consent to these rules. We reserve the right to change these rules and instructions.

9. DATA DELETION
