Girls, it's my second trimester and I still get nausea, vomiting, and general discomfort sometimes. I'm afraid it will be like this throughout the whole pregnancy ? Has anyone experienced this? What helped you?

Girls, I'm 17 weeks and 6 days pregnant, managed to catch a cold, temperature 37.1, sore throat, runny nose. Treating with gargles, it's getting better. But my head hurts. Who got sick during pregnancy? How did it affect the baby?
