Third day of bleeding, 5 weeks. Lying in hospital, how long will they be?

Who had tests at an early stage (3 weeks 3 days) plus., And a day after bleeding brown?
Can't tests show two lines before implantation!!!!
On ultrasound, a sac in the wall of the uterus is visible - doctors won't understand.
