Out in the west it's 42°C during the day, 30°C at night. I'm stuffy and hot, I can't fall asleep at night because of the heat. Why is it like this? Who else has it like this? How can I cope? It's hot all the time ((

I can't cook food, let alone eat it at all!!! When will all this end? I really want to go eat somewhere, even just at relatives' — I can't look at my own food! Is everyone like this? I'm nauseous and that's it, it doesn't make me throw up.
