What explanation could there be for this? There was blood in stool in the morning, and green in the afternoon. They were admitted to Infectious Disease ward, had stool and blood tests done, but no infections were found.

Previous post. Brought to show the child in infectious disease ward, looked at stool and prescribed antibiotics, left in hospital. Can you diagnose without tests? I have already sent the child's stool for private laboratory testing.
