Am 16weeks 4days pregnant have been having headache for the past 4 days have checked my Blood pressure its 130 / 90 but the headache comes and goes pls any helpful remedy pls

Yes it happens..Take paracetamol to relieve it. If it persist please see a doctor

it is totally normal . I have experience the same and after 20 weeks it goes away

try drinking lots of water, avoid stress by all means. you can also get lavender essential oil and pour 2 drops and massage on your temples and back of your head. hope that helps
