Mummies please... I was given this at the hospital today but forgot to ask how it should be taken. Has anyone taken this? Is it all at once or one after the other?

The yellow one looks like folic acid which is taken once daily but I think you should go back to the hospital to enquire or visit any pharmaceutical shop to ask

at omotola,if they wrote start on the pack,it means you will take it once
