скорее всего вспотел и будто гной внутри вижу, вам нужно врача вызвать или также фото отправьте пусть назначат лечение воздушные ванны побольше принимайте, а так с этим только к врачу

Здравствуйте. Никогда такого не было. Купаю ежедневно деток( первое время со слабым рр марганцовки), если в памперсе, то каждый раз, при смене памперса, даю немного полежать без него…
