Hello everyone. Can you please tell me what this is? Maybe someone knows. My daughter. I smear all the folds under her diaper cream from the pubic area. But when I smear it, I feel like I'm feeling something like crumbs under my fingers. Everything looks clean at first glance. No redness or irritation. But I used Bepanthen and didn't have that. I've been using this cream for a month now. I hope I explained it clearly. Maybe someone can help.
