Купать каждый день) после купания сразу все уходит Можно череду заварить и в череде искупать , нам помогало с первых дней

Ну или промывайте шею постоянно я брала ооочень слабый раствор марганцовки и прополаскивала и от Авен хта мазь классно помогает
