He's not coughing, his throat isn't sore, and I know exactly what it is: his teeth are hurting, but only the fever is really bothering him. I gave him ibuprofen, but it doesn't help. In the morning, he took paracetamol, and it went down a bit, but now it's rising again. What should I do?
