Girls, I'm a first-time mom, kind of inexperienced. There's something between my child's legs that's oozing. I wipe every day, before each diaper change I air it out, I put cream on and do powder. It doesn't help. The ooze between the legs is like water. What should I do? Can you advise me? I've attached a photo.
