Привет! Для поездки с Бишкека до Ыстыккол можно воспользоваться автобусом или маршруткой. Обычно есть регулярные рейсы, и поездка занимает около 4-5 часов. Что касается гостиниц, в Ыстыкколе есть несколько хороших вариантов, например, гостиница "Rukh Ordo Resort & Spa" или "Royal Beach Resort & SPA". Обе гостиницы находятся на берегу озера и предлагают хороший сервис и уютные номера. Погода в Ыстыкколе обычно прохладная, особенно вечером, так что лучше взять с собой теплую одежду.
