Good day girls, can you tell me if watery stool on formula is normal? I've seen 5 pediatricians. They diagnosed us with lactose deficiency, we started giving enzymes, but the stool is still watery! We introduced bacteria, but the stool is still watery, like water. I'm wondering if the formula might not be suitable? They told us we're on a very good formula and shouldn't change it. But if the formula is good, is that a guarantee that it suits us? We poop 3-4 times a day, it's runny, and the liquid gets absorbed. The tests are normal! The baby is restless.
