Hello girls. I had a cervical tear during childbirth, which I only found out about a year after giving birth. They didn't stitch me up, just left it as it was and didn't say anything. My son is 1 year and 6 months old. He was born big, 4 kg. Currently, I am pregnant with my second, 15 weeks along, with no complications. Previously, I had been checked by gynecologists who didn't mention the tear; they just acknowledged that there was a tear and that was it. Today I found out that if there is a cervical tear, you can't give birth naturally; you need to use a pessary, etc. Overall, I'm terrified and panicking. I'll see the gynecologist next week, but can anyone share their experience with giving birth with a cervical tear?
