Hello, moms. Every night I have itching all over. I scratch it lightly and immediately get redness. But it disappears after an hour. What could this be? I had this even before pregnancy. It's been like this for about a month and a half. I am 4-5 weeks pregnant.

Hello! You might be allergic to something that you come into contact with every night. It could be your bedding, blanket, pillow, laundry detergents, or creams and lotions that you use before sleep. It's also possible that you have dry skin or irritation from fabric. It is recommended to consult a doctor to conduct allergy tests and identify the cause of your itching and redness. It is also important to consider that during pregnancy, sensitivity to certain substances may increase, so you should be particularly careful when choosing skincare products and fabrics.

Maybe some vitamins or products. Consult a doctor.

Катя Та, I don't take vitamins. And just the usual foods, same as always.

Drink some weak chamomile tea before bed; it will slightly relieve your condition. It's your nervous system that has malfunctioned due to pregnancy, and that's causing the itching. I experienced the same thing.

This is an allergy. I had something similar. It turned out that mold had grown under the wallpaper on the wall, and that's why such a reaction occurred. Look for allergens in your apartment, especially where you sleep.

They say pregnant women have dry skin, especially now in the cold weather. Try emollient creams)

Oh, I don't even know, my heels have been itching, it seems from stress. I'll start taking magnesium to see if it has an effect or not. It itches a lot, especially when I'm resting.

I don't remember exactly when, but it started during my pregnancy too. I couldn't sleep, everything was itchy, it seems it was due to nerves. Then I started taking iron and used a cream, and it didn't go away until several weeks later. I thought I was going crazy.
