Hello, has anyone eaten cake while breastfeeding? How did it affect the baby? I couldn't resist on my birthday and ate a pretty big piece of cake, now I'm worried ?.

I ate everything while breastfeeding. The only thing I didn't drink was soda. I had cake almost every week and other sweets as well. Everything was fine.

I held out until 1.5 months, occasionally allowing myself to eat a bit of fried food, a bit of sweet food, and so on, but then I ate everything in moderation, including cake, and all was well.
