Girls, help me out, 36 weeks pregnant, I can't sleep, my hips hurt a lot on the outside. I sleep at best 4-4.5 hours a day, I'm going to start getting neurotic from the lack of sleep soon :( How did you manage? I'm taking magnesium, calcium, everything.

Dear, I'm sorry to hear you're having such problems. Hip pain during pregnancy is quite common due to the increased weight and pressure on them. A special pregnancy pillow might help you find a comfortable sleeping position. Also, try taking a warm shower before bed or doing some light exercises to relax your muscles. If the pain doesn't subside, be sure to consult a doctor for advice and recommendations. Take care of yourself and the baby!

I was not allowed to take calcium for a long period. My hips are spreading, and my pelvis is preparing for childbirth. Unfortunately, there's nothing to be done. The only thing you can do is request an ultrasound with your complaints. They can check to see if there is symphysis pubis dysfunction. But as far as I know, it mostly causes pain in the pubic area.

My hip was hurting badly at night, making it impossible to sleep. It turned out that my hemoglobin had dropped. Once I raised it, everything normalized immediately!
