Hello, girls! I woke up at two in the morning with a terrible craving for something really spicy. Like noodles or Korean-style chicken. I know it's not advisable, and there's no time to cook at night, so I refrained. Is this craving for spicy food connected to something? Maybe a deficiency of some sort. During my first pregnancy, I really craved chocolate; in the second one, I didn't really crave anything and was very calm. This time, I'm dying for something spicy, I can't handle it🙇🏻♀️ And I mean so spicy that it's almost like asking for a stomach ulcer, if I exaggerate 🥹
