My milk disappeared three weeks after giving birth. Now my breasts are small, and it's been a month already. Is it possible to get my milk supply back? And how can I do it? Thank you.

Hello! To restore lactation after the disappearance of milk, you can try the following methods: 1. Frequent breastfeeding. The more often you feed your baby, the more you stimulate milk production. 2. Drink more fluids, especially water. Hydration is important for milk production. 3. Nutrition rich in protein, iron, and vitamins. Healthy eating can help restore milk. 4. Breast massage and milk expression. This can also help stimulate milk production. 5. Consult a lactation consultant or a gynecologist for additional recommendations and support. Remember, it is important to be patient and not expect immediate results. Restoring lactation can take time, but with the right approach and support, it is possible. Good luck!

You might have had lactation established. The milk is either disappearing or there is very little. You need to frequently breastfeed the child and consume warm drinks, soups, and broths.
