Girls, hello! I wanted to ask, if they could start paying pension retroactively from February, immediately for six months before January. If so, then after work was fired and got another job, the pension wasn't paid. So, if one day before maternity leave days, can they pay maternity benefits?

Hi! I wouldn't recommend it, I wanted to do that too! But then my sister told me how one of her friends was dragged through the courts after an inspection! You might be fine, but the company that supposedly registered you could get in trouble!

I quit in March right when the quarantine started, and the other company later backdated the payments. It's all fine, I already received my maternity pay.

You can pay it in, but a late fee for the untimely payment will be applied, and you'll have to pay that too.

Нуршат , The admin isn’t responsible for late expulsions/withdrawals; the main thing is to pay the resulting charges. Many people do that. Not everyone works — maternity benefits are at least some financial help.

Нуршат , You can't use one receipt; you need each one separately, and in each one specify which month it's for.

It won’t work — all organizations’ tax reports for Q2 have already been closed. You can only transfer starting from Q3, until November 15 — that is, from July.

Did you get 42500? They just say that if someone got 42500, they don't get maternity pay.
