Also curious... Gaviscon doesn't last long either. Borjomi—only a few sips, but not great either... I'm wondering what will happen next... ??‍♀️

Milk, yogurts, and black bread — just the heel of the loaf.. Saved me for about 4 hours)) Try Gaviscon. Better than Rennie

Maalox helped me a lot, but the gynecologist said not to take it often. I always carried a small bottle of Borjomi with me, it helped a lot with heartburn.

Nothing helps me If earlier on sunflower seeds sometimes helped, now nothing at all(

Try Almagel. Not regularly, but when you really can't stand it anymore. It helps a lot.
