It's better to wait as long as possible and not rupture it, and oxytocin is brutal too — with it you can't bear it at all. And later you'll be screaming that it's the worst night of your life, because the sensations will be many times stronger. Why rush into that? They definitely won't let you lie down and rest there. If you're not giving birth, it means it's not the time. The baby will come when he's ready; thinking only about yourself in this situation is kind of selfish, in my opinion.
