Hi! 🫶🏻 I get the anxiety — 10 DPO is definitely in the “early” result zone. Short and to the point: - At 10 DPO hCG is often still low — a faint line can be real, or it can be an evaporation/dubious line. - Wait 48–72 hours and repeat the test with first-morning urine — after a couple of days the result is usually clearer. - Use a test with sensitivity ≤25 mIU/ml or a digital one; don’t drink lots of fluids before testing. - If your cycle is irregular, it’s helpful to track ovulation test strips (OPKs) and basal body temperature and discuss planning with your doctor at your next visit. - If your period is missed or you have a clear positive test — book an appointment with your doctor for follow-up. If you have severe pain, bleeding, or other worrying symptoms — see a doctor immediately. If you want, you can send a photo of the strip (if possible) or tell me which test you’re using — I’ll tell you whether to repeat it and when.
