It's not iron that affects it, it's hemoglobin Oxygen has a harder time getting in

Yes, it affects you. You should be prescribed vitamins to raise your hemoglobin. And a special diet.

Знаю, что таблетками очень тяжело нормализовать железо, т. К оно вообще очень трудно усваивается! Я просто питаюсь продуктами богатыми железном. У меня нормализовалось и без таблеток.
