Hi mummy's, am 12weeks and 4days pregnant, i found it hard to eat apart from pounded yam n black soup, and most time at night I feel pain, when I sleep on my Tommy.

My dear accept whatever food u body eat for now, u can't force it wit time it will stop... Am still battling wit amala and ewedu? til 5month.. I wish to switch over but no way for now.i feel d food u dont like eaten becomes d food u craves for wen pregnant...
