Pls am 11wks gone nw ,and the kicking is too strong and active, hope ave not been using too much calcium pls , is too strong

Is too early to feel kicking at this stage. Incase you taking too much calcium reduce it because is not among the routine drugs. Though you still get it from other food sources like milk etc.
