Hello, my period is delayed by 4 days. I haven't taken a test — I don't want to give myself false hope. There are simply no symptoms; the only thing is that every other day for a while I feel a pulling sensation in my lower abdomen that goes away, like before my period. Is it possible to hope that I'm pregnant?
