Good evening super moms. For three days now I have been having serious stomach cramps. What could be the cause? I will be eight weeks by next tomorrow

I had same but that was because I was always throwing up and couldn't eat so I opted for fruit juices and pap with honey, soyabean or glucose. But try and see a doctor
