Good moms, I just found out that I'm 3 weeks pregnant and am afraid to have sex now. Should we wait until the second trimester or can we still do the dance?

Hi Miranda. intercourse is very healthy during pregnancy, no matter which trimester you're. So do your dance! However, if you're bleeding or have an inflection, stop being active and consult your doctor.

Do your dance boo, unless you feel some discomfort or pain then you have to see your doctor, otherwise it's safe
