I'm also 13 weeks and my symptoms have disappeared. I also don't feel anything, I try not to stress myself too much. I think it's normal at this stage

I'm also 13 weeks preggies, I was told at this stage it's perfectly normal not to feel anything. But I'm glad my morning sickness r a thing of the past.
