Обычно указывает на воспаление, у меня такого не было, но при любых отклонениях (даже незначительных) в общем анализе мочи, мне гинеколог выписывает направление на бак посев мочи, это более обширный анализ.

Свыше 3 не норма,при сборе мочи (до- всегда подмывайтесь,вставляйте тампон и собирайте среднюю мочу) Возможно из за выделений
