I'm leaving my job for maternity leave again, I've been on unpaid leave now... they say the company is ceasing its existence... supposedly there will be a bankruptcy procedure (it's really unclear what will happen and they probably won't tell me for sure). We have several organizations under the owner... all employees were laid off and transferred... in my opinion, the question is being resolved... a reduction or dismissal by agreement of two salaries has been proposed... how do I proceed? What should I do? They say it's impossible to transfer without the possibility of transferring at the rates, there are no vacancies in another organization.
