Я капала каплю на соску. Потом малышу в рот. Сыну очень нравился сам вкус наверное. Перед кормлением.

На ложку и в ротик, вкус приятный быстро глотала малышка. Его нужно держать в холодильнике. Потом перед приемом на ложку капаю , согревается потом в ротик.

Здравствуйте. Я в чайную ложечку с водой капельку капала. Хватало. А вообще инструкция там есть. Нет? Есть в интернете!
