I am currently 7 weeks pregnant with my fourth/fifth child (had a miscarriage at 18) (have a 5-year-old girl, a 4-year-old boy, and a 3-year-old boy) and I'm noticing things are different with this pregnancy. Do any moms who already have children have any advice? What are the chances of carrying twins if they don't run in my family? I crave sweet and sour foods.
