Good morning, please tell me I'm 12 weeks and 5 days pregnant, but I've had a bad cold and headaches since Sunday. My head feels like it's pounding, and I have severe nausea and stomach pain. I'm also feeling weak. Is this normal for a 12-week and 5-day pregnancy? I haven't started prenatal vitamins yet, and I will begin them next month.
