Morning mommies, I am find it hard to sleep at night. If I go to bed at 9 then at around 2 am then I am awake till the morning ???

Hi mommy,me too i sleep at night by 1 or 2 im awake but i dont think there is remedy for that love,just know youl reach the finishing line soon.?❤️

Cynthia, Itjoo, I am worried coz the past few weeks I was on leave and now I have to go back to work and don't think I will be able to cope. Because if it happens that I sleep well I woke up refreshed, but if I was struggling to sleep I would be tired the whole day and still during the day I won't be able to sleep ???

Cynthia, I told my gynaecologist and but then believed it is normal and said cannot prescribe anything. Will ask her about the medication on my next appointment. Thanks

Is normal dear. While some sleep a lot, some others find sleeping hard. Just find a way to deal with it as it is a temporal something or you try sleeping with pregnancy pillow I learnt it helps

Sarah, I looked for that pillow on the first trimester, as I experienced a very painful back and because now I am better. I just told myself that If I can get it will be just a bonus for me.

Same here mommies. I sleep around 9, 3am until 4:30 m awake, 6:00 i must wake up for work. M 4eva tired at work? not active

It is normal to have insomnia in 3rd trimester... I'm also experiencing the same thing

Lolo, I hate it, and believe me. If it happens that I get some good night sleep I would wake up refreshed, and be able to do household chores

Mariah, I wake up by 12, stay awake till 4 then sleep till 6...

Lolo, Same here sometimes I would sleep at 9 and before 12 midnight I am awake till 4 or 5 or even 6am. I would try to get some sleep and sometimes I wont be able sleep at all and would be tired the rest of the day ??? and the same thing would occur the same day... And I don't recall experiencing this on my previous pregnancy.
