Can I please ask what to do I have a severe constipation it hurts If I go to the toilet in a way that I can't sleep, walk and stand?

Make sure u take veggies n fruit every and lots of water so it won't keep on reoccurring

Pat, I do take water every day lot of it, but since it started I even drink warm water but it's the same thing.. Thank you dear Pat

Try drinking 500ml+ 1st thing when u wake even before u brush yo teeth

I had the same problem my doctor advised me two take two bananas per day 1 im the morning another 1 in the evening n drink more water which is working for me so far.

Try to take a glass of fresh milk a day...mina it helps me alot
