Please am 8months gone in my pregnancy,I sometimes feel very dizzy and light headache.what could be the cause? Also I wish t know if taking Lipton tea is OK for me and my baby at this stage

Yes my dear it is safe to take lipton but pls not too much u can take it once or 2ice a week but pls it shouldn't exceed 2ice a week

Just take a rest whenever u feel dizzy n weak wen u woke up u will feel strong again.
