Good day, can you please tell me what to do? I don't feel any movements or heartbeat from my baby and I'm 5 months pregnant for the first time...please tell me what to do to feel them ?

There's nothing to do. Your baby will start moving soon, in fact your baby is moving but it is not yet distinct for you to observe.

Just relax or go for ultrasound
