Good afternoon moms... my vagina becomes itchy and painful when I pee. My urine is very yellow and I have yellow discharge. Please help with safe home remedies for now as I will be able to see the doctor at the end of the month.

See your doctor immediately, don't wait till month end. It might be an infection

try an take a lot of water and take note wash your virginia with clean water no soap but most importantly you need to see you midwife atleast help is free on ur nearest clinic than waiting for mnth end dear.
