I'm 10 days late, have sore breasts, and a negative pregnancy test. What should I do?

Go to lab and run a blood test. It is likely you didn't do the test well

It happens like that sometimes. I'm carrying my second baby and before Blood Pregnancy Test could detect I was pregnant, I was already 6 weeks gone. The previous PT I did revealed it was negative whereas I was pregnant. Just be careful not to take any pills for now. Go to another lab in a week time and run another pregnancy test.
