Hi moms, I'm 5 months pregnant, can I use pantyliners that clean? Will it harm the baby?

Medicated panty liners are not good it causes miscarriage in some women. Just change pants regularly and clean yourself

My discharge is so much that I use panty liners ...its totally safe, but pls use the ones that are not medicated or scented
