Doctor can tell you without scan. I don't think there's special way to know. During one of my hospital visits, doctor examined me and said the baby has turned then I was 31 weeks

Mrs.Efe, Don't think too much into it, the baby will turn head down. Just pray, nothing beats prayer, tell good what is it that you want

Before your baby turns head down you'll feel your movement lower on your belly but soon as you start feeling your kicks above your belly button, your baby is in head down position.
