Hi girls. I have a question for those who are familiar with the maternity benefit system, who have applied before, etc. My situation is this: the LLP (TOO) where I have been working since May has not been paying social contributions and taxes for us — it turns out the company has a benefit from the state and doesn't pay taxes, so from May to August pension contributions weren't made for us employees, but we still receive our salaries in hand as before. My salary is about 200,000, and I receive 170,000 net. Now the question: when I apply for maternity leave — which isn't soon (maybe at the end of autumn) — will I be considered employed for the period from May to August or not, and will that period simply be excluded because taxes and pension contributions weren't paid for me? And how can I prove that I worked and received a salary during that period? Thanks in advance for the answers :)
