Is it a myth or truth... You should start trying to pump before the baby gets here? Someone suggested this to me but I never heard of that before...

No just stimulate the breast but dont pump coz the 1st juices are the most important for yo lil 1

Don't pump please. There are ways to care and prepare your breast for breast milk rather than pumping Make sure you clean your nipple every morning either by applying Vaseline on it at night and using warm water to clean off in the morning
