Observation ?. I'm red-haired, my hair is dark, the roots have grown out by 1-1.5 cm. Hair falls out, BUT there's a white bulb, but no regrown root. Hair is falling out that doesn't grow. Is this legal?

??‍♀️интересная ситуация.. ну, а если так смотреть, то зачем вам нерастущие волосы? пусть сменятся на растущие;)

Выпадение волос дефицит какого либо витамина....у меня дефицит витамина Д, до сих пор выпадают после родов дочьке уже 2 года?....слишком низкий был

Айгерім , Я не могу сказать что они прям лезут. Мне кажется так же как и до Б. Просто интересно почему выпадают именно не растущие волосы
