Anna, Смотря какое у вас давление. У меня низкое пила чай крепкий и шоколад горький. Кофе редко но можно с большим долей молока, и варенный Больше отдыхать. И проверьте анализ крови , может нехватка железа, тогда к терапевту назначат препарат.
