Hi everyone, maybe someone knows. We just can’t figure it out and there’s no information. Can citizens of other countries enter Kazakhstan if they have a visa and a PCR certificate? We were issued a visa, but now there’s information that Kazakhstan is closed to entry for foreign nationals?
