They put in a symphysis of 0.86, can it be separated before childbirth again? Or will it not change? They said that until 1cm it can still be ER.

Да может, у меня тоже симфизит был и в первую беременность и сейчас во вторую

У вас норма. У меня был симфиз в 24-25недель в 13мм, а в 37нед стало 8мм. Родила сама. Кости болят ужасно сейчас. Главное найти правильную позу в потугах ))

Я родила сама с симфизитом 12мм, а после родов сократилось до 7мм

Мама , Сразу после родов 3дня ой как болелии)) потом по тихонечку боль спадала щас уже ничего не болит.

Argelina , Классно. У меня когда сижу, лягу на спину, или сяду в позу лотоса, то сразу кости болят (лона)
